Aegean Shipping published its third ESG Report!

Aegean Shipping announces the publication of its 3rd ESG Report!

In October 2022 Aegean Shipping underwent an external verification for the ESG Report 2021. The verification process was conducted according to Bureau Veritas procedures. Under this verification system the Company provided transparent, objective and substantive data.

For Aegean Shipping this process is more than just a verification of approval. For Aegean Shipping this is a commitment to making changes that really make an impact, both green and social initiatives.

Aegean Shipping has adopted principles that define a vision, mission, strategy and values that consider, measure, and report the environmental, social, and governance aspects of its business.

This ESG Report refers to the period 01.01.2021 – 31.12.2021 and is prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI) Standards Core option and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) for Marine transportation.
