Finance Manager
Mr. Dimakakos a distinguished Greek accountant and a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece since 2004. He holds the prestigious ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants) qualification. He earned his degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and furthered his education with a Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting & Finance from the Business School of Cardiff University. His professional journey commenced as a financial auditor at one of the Big 4 audit firms, where he specialized in the shipping sector. Subsequently, he transitioned to the shipping industry as a Financial Controller. In June 2015 he joined Aegean Shipping Management S.A. as Chief Accountant. Owing to his exemplary leadership and strategic acumen, he was subsequently promoted to the position of Finance Manager.
On a personal note… High intensity training enthusiast and middle to long distance runner. Running is my own kind of “yoga”; it helps me achieve inner balance. Running time is the time for deeper thinking and brainstorming.
